IS_NOT_EMPTY_UUID
Checks whether an UUID is not empty.
Syntax
IS_NOT_EMPTY_UUID( <uuid> )

Return Type
If x is not empty, IS_NOT_EMPTY_UUID() returns 1, otherwise it returns 0.
